Content Policy & Reporting

1. Nature of the content

All works published on the Service are works of fiction: drawn, illustrated or computer-generated artwork. They do not depict real human beings and do not document real events.

All characters depicted in a sexual context are adults, and are represented as such, regardless of any stylistic convention of the medium.

2. Strictly prohibited

The following is prohibited without exception and leads to immediate removal and permanent account termination:

• any content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor in a sexual context, in any form or style whatsoever;
• any photographic or video material depicting real people in a sexual context;
• content depicting real, non-consensual acts, or presenting them as real;
• content depicting real animals in a sexual context;
• content that incites hatred, violence or terrorism, or that harasses or threatens an identifiable person;
• private information about a real person (address, identity documents, phone number, private messages);
• malware, phishing, or links intended to defraud users.

Content falling under the first category is removed and preserved only to the extent, and for the time, required to report it to the competent authorities where applicable law so requires.

3. Rules for uploads

• You must hold the rights to the work you upload, or have a valid authorisation.
• Do not remove or conceal an author's signature or credits.
• Do not upload a work already present on the Service.
• Tag and describe the work accurately, including its language.

4. How moderation works

Every upload is reviewed by a moderator before it becomes visible. A submission may be approved and published, or rejected.

A rejected submission and its files are kept for a short period (currently 3 days), during which the decision may be reviewed, and are then permanently deleted from our database and our storage.

Published content may be removed at any time if it later proves to breach this policy or the law.

5. Reporting content

Anyone may report content, whether or not they hold an account, by writing to [[ TO COMPLETE — abuse/report email, e.g. [email protected] ]]. Reports concerning a specific page may also be submitted through the reporting control available in the reader.

To allow us to act quickly, please include:

• the exact address (URL) of the content concerned;
• the reason for the report, described as precisely as possible;
• where relevant, why you consider the content unlawful;
• a means of contacting you, so we can inform you of the outcome.

We acknowledge reports without undue delay and examine them promptly. Reports concerning the sexual exploitation of minors are treated as absolute priority. We will inform you of the decision taken and of the reasons for it, and you may contest that decision by replying to the same address.

Deliberately abusive or repeated bad-faith reports may lead to restrictions on the reporting account.

6. Repeated breaches

Accounts that repeatedly breach this policy are suspended, then permanently terminated. A single breach of the prohibitions listed in section 2 is sufficient for immediate permanent termination.
