1. Adults only

The Service contains adult, sexually explicit material and is strictly reserved for adults. You may only access it if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction, and that you are accessing it voluntarily for your own private use.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, sell or transfer your account, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or a limit.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, the Content Policy, or applicable law.

3. Content you upload

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (resizing, format conversion, thumbnails), publish and display that content on the Service, for as long as you keep it online and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup purposes.

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

All uploads are reviewed by a moderator before publication. We may refuse, remove or take down any content at our discretion, in particular where it breaches the Content Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or share content prohibited by our Content Policy;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person;
• publish another person's private information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or circumvent technical restrictions, rate limits or paywalls;
• use automated means to inflate votes, credits, views or any other metric;
• resell, redistribute or make available content obtained through the Service.

5. Premium access and virtual credits

Some features require Premium access, sold as a subscription or a fixed-duration pass. Prices, duration and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party providers acting as merchant of record. We never receive or store your card details. The provider's own terms apply to the transaction.

Premium is granted for the duration purchased. If you cancel a subscription, access remains active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed thereafter.

Virtual credits earned or spent on the Service (votes, bets, rewards) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable. They may be adjusted or removed in case of abuse.

6. Our intellectual property

You agree to hold us harmless against any claim by a third party arising from content you uploaded or from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes
